Project Baseline

    At IPR we can provide project execution services independently or as a program we call Project Baseline. project Baseline provides a complete picture for the starting point of a project. We believe that establishing a clear cohesive baseline is the only way a project can be managed effectively. Project Baseline provides a starting point that combines the critical elements of the project.

    After the basic project definition has been established our team will work with the Project Manager and design professionals to develop the Project Baseline. This information will be used to finalize design, evaluate the appropriate level of project risk for establishing contingency and for developing the optimum contract strategy for implementation.

    Our Project Control and Construction Management representatives will then be utilized to monitor project progress and quality.
